Outside Sales Representative – Leaf Home Bath***This positions in all upper 48 states. Near most major cities in America. ***As an Outside Sales Representative for Leaf Home Bath, you will meet with homeowners during company-provided, pre-scheduled appointments to conduct in-home consultations and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions. This consultative sales role focuses on understanding each customer's needs, educating them on Leaf Home Bath products and services, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through the completion of the sale.Key Responsibilities• Conduct in-home consultations using company-provided, pre-qualified appointments (no cold calling).• Assess homeowners' remodeling needs and recommend customized bath and shower replacement solutions.• Deliver professional product demonstrations and educate customers on product features, benefits, materials, and installation process.• Prepare accurate project estimates and present financing and pricing options.• Build trust and rapport with homeowners while providing a consultative, customer-first sales experience.• Close sales during the appointment and negotiate within company guidelines when appropriate.• Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed.• Travel within approximately a one-hour radius of the assigned field office to meet with customers.• Consistently represent the Leaf Home Bath brand with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.CompensationThis is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.
