Fire Alarm Installer Internship - Hire
General Sound is seeking installers to pull wire, trim devices, and assist fire alarm technicians with the installation of fire alarm and various communication systems.
You will learn to wire, install, and service fire alarm systems and devices and how to troubleshoot and repair the systems. You will also learn to conduct inspections with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and conduct customer training. You will contribute to the team effort by accomplishing other tasks as assigned. Our goal is to promote career growth within our company by investing in our employees. Knowledge and experience gained on the job will increase employees understanding of these systems and help them prepare for licensing tests, should they desire to take them.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to climb and work from ladders and lifts.
