Overview: Lawn Buddy is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Product and Sales Representative through the SkillBridge program. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and practical experience in product management and sales, equipping the candidate with the skills necessary to excel in managing and designing new technology features, communicating with the software engineers, and driving customer service and sales efforts.Responsibilities:Product Management:- Manage and design new technology features to meet user needs.- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions.- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.- Communicate effectively with the software engineers to ensure successful product implementation.- Collaborate with the CEO to manage product growth and strategic direction.Sales and Customer Service:- Develop and implement customer service and sales strategies.- Interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.- Drive company growth by meeting sales targets and expanding the customer base.- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues promptly.- Listen to the needs and wants of the customers and communicate this to the team.
Job Description: The SkillBridge training program will prepare the Service member for a Sales and Customer Service Representative position at Lawn Buddy. This role includes customer service and sales efforts to ensure the product and company are growing and meeting customer needs.
