Facility and Supply Management Internship Facility Optimization: Master Lean management by redesigning shop layouts to increase "stall velocity" and technician efficiency. Supply Chain Management: Oversee parts procurement, vendor negotiations, and high-shrink inventory control (tires, batteries, and specialized components). Capital Improvement (CapEx): Lead facility projects, including LED lighting conversions, high-reflectivity epoxy flooring installs, and ROI-based renovation proposals. Operations Leadership: Manage shop safety (OSHA compliance), service workflow, and financial performance metrics (Gross Profit vs. Labor Costs).This program is a direct pipeline to a full-time management position.
