Lanikai Brewing Company LLC - Job Training Program
The participant will be trained to work on all aspects of the production of alcohol for consumption regulated by Federal, State and City requirements
The job of Assistant Brewer/Cellar/Brewer/Distiller will meet the following description:-execute production duties including cleaning, wort/wash production, raw materials handling, yeast propagation, fermentation management, filtration, kegging, canning, bottling-Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment -maintenance of brewing records -managing best safety practices-proficiency in quality procedures like pH, yeast pitch calcs, fermentation plato-Maintain open and transparent communication with all company employees-Attend staff meetings if applicable-Cleaning of jocky box, draft lines, and troubleshooting issues-availability to work morning or evening shift-maintain flexibility in schedule-lift 55# from ground to shoulder height, lift 110 lbs from ground to waist, move 180lbs along the floor. Climb ladders, stairs, ramps. Work in small confined spaces, work safely with chemicals with reasonable safety accomidations, work in loud environment.
