Estimating/Project Management - Construction - On the job
This position will receive training on HCSS, Heavy Bid and Heavy Job, AgTek and Blue Beam. They will learn to read blueprints, how to perform take offs for underground utility work, learn about mass grading/earth work takeoffs and foundation excavation takeoffs, as well as learn how to compile bids for projects. This is a hands-on position that allows one to develop the skills needed to become an Estimator/Project Manager.
Provide support for the project management team in developing opportunities. Provide assistance with the estimating process, and management of projects through completion. An opportunity to learn in a supportive culture, and experience success and achievement through peer/employee collaboration and recognition.
Must have or be working towards a degree in construction management or similar field.Must possess valid driver's license.
