Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.Conduct daily safety walks of areas.Manage the job functions for each team member and program.Plan the production for each week.Address all issues reviewed with team.Approve team member’s time.Review metrics for improvements.
