This role serves as a cross‑functional leader, collaborating closely with engineering, quality, customer support, and executive teams to build consensus, set priorities, and manage expectations.The Product Manager acts as a strong customer advocate, representing the voice of the customer, maintaining program relationships, and addressing escalated issues. A typical day includes participating in collaborative meetings such as daily standups and sprint planning sessions, developing strategic plans and product roadmaps, conducting customer research and gathering feedback, creating documentation, and analyzing data to inform product decisions and executive reviews that drive execution on the manufacturing floor.
