Korn Ferry Military offers a unique opportunity with behind the scenes access to how corporate America recruits and hires Veterans. We are an organizational consulting firm with a 50 year history of placing Veterans with top companies. In this program you will be exposed to companies across America and in all type of industries and roles. You can think of it as MOS Day for the civilian world where you will learn from experts about roles and industries where you and your skills would be valued and provide an outstanding career path for you.
We have three major pathways here at Korn Ferry for Veterans seeking a Skillbridge. The first two involve individuals who would like to learn more about recruiting. One is focused on client companies and educating them on the value of hiring Veterans. The second is focused on helping other transitioning Veterans find their next career. The third role is more administrative for those seeking to be placed into a role. In this capacity you will support our Military Center of Expertise while we expose you to a host of roles and possible career paths and work to secure you employment by the end of your Skillbridge.
This opportunity is fully remote. If you live near a Korn Ferry office you are welcome to go into it but it is not required.
