Keysight Calibration/Repair Engineer - Internship Program

Keysight's SkillBridge program is a part of our Global Services Organization, which helps customers manage test instruments and find ways to maximize their asset usage, streamline their engineering operations, and achieve lower costs. The program will provide internship opportunities for Service Members to receive technical and on the job training in the calibration and repair of metrology equipment.
We are looking to add a Calibration & Repair Service Technician to our team! Chosen individual will be responsible for the following: Perform calibrations, adjustments, and repairs on TMDE (Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment) ranging from DC low frequency to RF devices up to 110GHz. Solve technical problems of limited scope and complexity. Escalate more difficult repairs to experienced technicians. Adheres to established production processes and is responsible for achieving established team production goals. Maintains high workmanship standards and delivers on commitments. Promotes ESD, Service Note compliance, and other programs that are conducive to the delivery of high-quality service and minimization of re-repair. Qualifications. Experience working with Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) or Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) is preferred. 3+ years of related experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment is preferred. Exercises good discretion in the use of time and other Keysight resources. Maximizes the use of existing assets, multi-tasks effectively, and ensures Keysight resources are used properly (i.e. connector care, ESD, ETE). Exhibits the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with wide range of people. Adheres to the highest standards of business ethics.
