Business Operations Manager
- The Business Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring Kanaloa’s business runs smoothly and efficiently. This person will oversee daily operations, streamline internal workflows, manage reporting and resource planning, and support leadership in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. Someone who can balance hands-on operational management with high-level business insight.
Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and consistency. Design, implement, and optimize internal processes and workflows across teams. Develop and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics. Support resource planning, budgeting, and capacity forecasting efforts. Partner with leadership to provide operational insights that inform strategic decision-making. Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and drive solutions. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines. Support the implementation and management of tools, systems, and vendors that enable operations.
