Equipment Mechanic - OJT - Internship
Train at a multi-state dealership network that offers award-winning sales, service, parts, and rentals across the West Coast for arbor, land management, and compact construction businesses. Train under an authorized dealer for some of the most trusted brands in the industries on a variety of new and used equipment for arbor, tree care, landscaping, land management, and compact construction. Training team is comprised of industry experts who have worked with the largest manufacturers and distributors in the nation.
Provide excellent customer service through professional and timely repairs of equipment:• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment in the shop• Record detailed work order notes• Perform other duties as assigned by Shop Foreman or Service Advisor• Demonstrate clean and organized work practices• Other duties as assigned• Maintain a clean and organized work area• Communicate all issues to Shop Foreman or Service Manager• Follow work schedule and communicate frequently with Shop Foreman and/or Service Advisor• Must be safety minded and use PPE as required• Have own tools (hand, basic electrical testing and air or battery power tools)
