Ballroom dance instructor
Responsible for teaching students of varying skill levels how to perform ballroom and social dances in a supportive, engaging, and professional environment. Instructors provide both private and group lessons, focusing on technique, musicality, posture, and confidence while fostering a positive learning experience. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, demonstrating dance movements, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Additional duties may include assisting with studio events, promoting dance programs, maintaining a welcoming studio environment, and contributing to student retention. Successful instructors demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for dance and teaching.
The candidate should be physically able to dance and have very basic phone and computer skills.
