Position Overview:This is a SkillBridge-approved internship for transitioning service members seeking hands-on experience in the electrical industry. Under the guidance of licensed electricians, trainees will assist with installations, repairs, and upgrades for residential and commercial electrical systems. No prior electrical experience is required.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the installation of wiring, electrical panels, outlets, and fixturesSupport generator and EV charger installsTroubleshoot basic electrical issues under supervisionMaintain clean and organized job sitesFollow safety protocols and learn job site proceduresShadow licensed electricians to gain on-the-job skillsParticipate in team meetings and project walkthroughs
Must be an active-duty service member eligible for SkillBridgeStrong work ethic and desire to learn a skilled tradeAbility to follow instructions and work safelyComfortable with physical labor and working outdoors
