Maintenance Tech Training - On-the-Job Training

During the program, participants will learn to manage fleet maintenance, ensuring the safe and timely operation of multiple types of equipment used to move freight and deliver best in class customer service. You will learn DOT compliance and company regulations while working with internal and external contacts to ensure accurate planning, monitoring, and practices of fleet maintenance. Upon the successful conclusion of the training and separation from the military, an offer of permanent employment is our end in mind
Minimum one year of experience in maintenance or repair and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Willingness to work outdoors in the elements and able to work across multiple shifts, including nights and/or weekends if needed.
