Mission43 is the premier Idaho-based veteran organization for Post-9/11 Service members and their families to thrive in Idaho after the military, focusing on the areas of education, employment, and engagement. Mission43 SkillBridge participants can expect to be immersed in a community of peers and exposed to some of Idaho's most affluent professionals as they gain skills in nonprofit program management and organizational leadership.
Upon completion of the Mission43 SkillBridge, members should have relevant experience leading to careers in project/program management, veteran service organizations, and community outreach.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
SkillBridge with Mission43 is open to transitioning Service members, veterans, and military spouses that have been accepted to participate in the Leaders Fellowship program, either in a past or future cohort.
Mission43 provides free support in the areas of education, employment, and engagement for active duty military, guard, reserves, veterans, and their spouses.
