Sales - Employment Training
The IVM SDR SkillBridge Training Plan is a 12-week structured program designed to equip transitioning service members with essential sales and business development skills. Each week builds on the last, covering everything from understanding IVM’s mission and smart vending solutions to mastering prospecting, outreach, CRM tools, and sales techniques. Participants learn about industry landscapes, customer personas, and lead qualification strategies while engaging in hands-on exercises, live sessions, and role-playing scenarios.
We are seeking a motivated and mission-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team through the SkillBridge program. This role is ideal for service members transitioning from active duty who are interested in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or the technology sector.As an SDR at IVM, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our smart vending solutions to businesses seeking to optimize their supply distribution.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
This position is open to all Skillbridge eligible candidates. Addtionally, all participants must have reliable transportation to and from IVM in Indianapolis on a daily basis.
