Program summary

Through the IntegrityPro Consulting SkillBridge program, interns can acquire the skills and expertise they need to become competent, marketable ServiceNow Developers and Business Analysts. Interns learn how to lead and manage projects using Agile development and Scrum frameworks. They will also gain a valuable understanding of the ServiceNow platform and how to implement, customize, and maintain various client requirements. There are opportunities for the intern to earn up to three ServiceNow certifications during the program. Targeted skills: Agile development, Scrum, ITIL, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS.

Roles & job description

ServiceNow Developers are responsible for the ServiceNow platform. They design, maintain, customize, and troubleshoot automated processes and overall platform behavior to fit the client's needs. They are required to collaborate, document, and find solutions for complex business problems. ServiceNow Business Analysts are responsible for designing solutions to fulfill any business needs provided by stakeholders or product owners. They collect and analyze data, evaluate organizational processes, and prepare documentation to assist in more efficient operations utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
