Skillbridge Recruiting/Manpower InternshipWe're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in building the future of our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making placements.Additional Details:• This is an up-to 4 month internship• Benefits are pending successful completion of the internship

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ideal candidate profiles.• Write compelling and informative job descriptions that attract qualified technical talent.• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify top candidates on niche platforms and through professional networks.• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.• Conduct in-depth technical interviews, potentially using coding challenges or other assessments.• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies relevant to the open positions.• Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals.• Promote our company employer brand to attract top talent.
