Project Manager - Job Training Program

This program is designed for transitioning service members, providing an immersive experience across all aspects of our business to help identify a future career within our organization.
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in planning and overseeing projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. Responsibilities include developing and communicating project plans, maintaining customer contact, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in. The Project Manager estimates costs, manages project contracts, tracks and submits accruals, schedules work and crews, and generates detailed reports. Key tasks involve project initiation through closeout, providing upper management with regular status reports, forecasting monthly costs and revenue, maintaining project-specific schedules, and analyzing project budgets and earned value. The role also includes collaborating with Accounts Receivable and Billing for accurate revenue accounting, conducting design reviews, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
