This program is designed for transitioning service members, providing an immersive experience across all aspects of our business to help identify a future career within our organization.

Roles & job description

Field Supervision is responsible for planning and executing projects by organizing work methods and developing schedules. They oversee the execution of field deliverables and manage financial components, including identifying potential change orders and assessing their impact on safety, margins, productivity, and equipment.Key tasks include leading and participating in job hazard analyses and safety briefings, guiding crews to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals. As the primary point of contact with customers, subcontractors, and vendors, Field Supervision attend customer meetings and monitor subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.This role manages and develops labor and employee relations, performs employee reviews, and identifies training and development opportunities. They continuously analyze processes and procedures for improvement, driving the success and efficiency of our operations.
