Government contracting experience and an entrepreneurial spirit. Established record of identifying opportunities, developing proposals and winning contracts. Assertive professional who can research and identify opportunities and develop RFIs and RFPs. The Business Development Manager will target the government/defense market and identify, develop, qualify, and capture new business opportunities.
