Idea Entity is offering an internship in two tracks: Business Analyst/Program Manager (BA/PM; based on experience) or Software Design Engineer (SDE; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, C#). The internship will be used to teach interns the agile process used by Idea Entity, which provides our customers solutions solving a variety of issues with their business processes. As a BA/PM you would be responsible for managing a contract and relationship with your customer, analyzing business requirements for their need, and working with the development team to convert business requirements into technical requirements. As a SDE you will be part of a development team for one or multiple projects responsible for creating the actual solution from the beginning of the system design through delivery to the customer. No experience is required for this internship as it will be geared towards the applicant's interests and experience level. We believe that the motivation/desire to learn is much more important than walking in the door with the skills as we can teach you how to do the job, but cannot teach you how to be motivated.
