H2 Enterprises offers a hands-on SkillBridge program for transitioning service members looking to move into construction, safety, operations, or leadership roles. This program provides real-world experience working alongside senior leaders in safety, equipment operations, project management, and human resources on active job sites. Participants will build practical skills in hazard recognition, leadership, and project execution while gaining exposure to multiple career paths within a veteran-supported company. The H2 Enterprises Department of Defense SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with a structured, multi-disciplinary training opportunity focused on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) operations, equipment operations, project management (PM), and human resources (HR) within the construction, renewable energy, and land development industries. Participants will train under the mentorship of the HSE Director, Director of Operations, Senior Project Managers, General Superintendents for civil operations, and the HR Director, while gaining practical knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and workforce management.During the program, SkillBridge participants will observe, assist, and receive hands-on training in field safety operations including hazard recognition, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) development, safety inspections, and implementation of company safety policies and procedures. Participants will also be introduced to incident investigation processes, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and OSHA regulatory requirements applicable to construction and renewable energy projects.Participants will gain exposure to equipment operations and fleet management by working alongside experienced operators, General Superintendents, and field leadership to understand safe equipment use, daily inspections, maintenance coordination, and operational planning. This includes understanding how civil construction operations are executed and managed in the field.The program also provides exposure to project management functions through mentorship with Senior Project Managers and the Director of Operations, including job planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, quality control (QA/QC), and coordination with clients and subcontractors.Additionally, participants interested in leadership and administrative career paths will receive exposure to Human Resources functions under the HR Director, including onboarding processes, workforce development, training programs, and compliance with employment policies, while reinforcing a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.The training experience is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of how safety, operations, and workforce management integrate into daily project execution.
