The Program will provide structured curriculum and hands on training, helping you work toward obtaining an FAA A&P license. MHIRJ is seeking individuals with strong troubleshooting skills and communication skills; someone who is mechanically curious while adhering to safety standards. Also, once you have a license, individuals can continue at MHIRJ as an Crew Chief and move into a Supervisor role. There are a wealth of opportunities at MHIRJ and we will help get you there.
