1. Showing Assistant - entry level sales position, focused on showing homes to perspective military home buyers.2. Sales Agent - mid-level sales position, covering the full range of responsibilities serving military home buyers.3. Listing Agent Apprentice - experienced sales position, covering the full range of responsibilities serving military home sellers.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
People oriented, Positive, happy attitude, Able to commit 30-hours per week to their real estate business, Ability to spend a time driving in their car, Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes, Learning based, Ambitious with proven ability to succeed, High school graduate, Real estate license (or able to attain one quickly)
All business costs to include real estate certification classes, broker onboarding fees, headshots, business cards, signs, lockboxes, marketing, advertising, coaching, training, ongoing coaching and administrative support all provided by our company. Our brokerage has a program to also cover the cost of licensing. Some students prefer to use their non-degree GI Bill benefits, MyCAA benefits, etc to earn their license via the school of their choice.
