Sales Agent - mid-level sales position, covering the full range of responsibilities serving home buyers. Sales Agents will care for and manage the client experience from lead to closing. Sales Agents can earn the opportunity to manage showing assistants and transaction coordinators.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Bring a servant's heart, and a positive, problem-solving attitude. Be able to commit 40-hours per week to your real estate business. Be ready to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes. Are you a learning-based, ambitious high-achiever? Are you willing to start on Day 1 with your Oregon Real Estate License? If so, we will guide you, and cheer you on while you excel by doing the hard work.
