This development program is designed for Inspectors. Your development journey is based on a blended learning environment through training packages, hands-on job assignments, and in-field exercises, while at the same time, the program is customized to your specific training needs by an initial Adaptive test. Your assigned plant coach will guide you along the journey to become (or be confirmed) a Mechanical Inspector.
