Dance Teacher and Administrative Assistant Intern wanted for a 12 week internship program. Applicant should have a passion for dance, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for working with students. This internship is meant to provide a meaningful experience both in the studio and behind the scenes, helping the applicant grow as an educator, artist, and administrative professional.

Roles & job description

In this dual-role internship, your responsibilities will include:Dance InstructionTeaching classes in Ballet, Worship Dance, etc.Creating choreography and class planning.Helping guide students during warm-ups, technique drills, and routines.Providing a positive, encouraging learning environment.Administrative SupportGreeting students and families and assisting with front-desk communication.Managing attendance records and class schedules.Supporting registration, event planning, and recital preparation.Assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth studio operations.

Eligibility notes

Applicant should have 5-8 years of dance/education experience.

Additional notes

Studios are located at the Westminster Presbyterian building (10 University Circle).
