Henkel relies on the production department to safely meet demand while supplying our customers and affiliates with a high-quality product. While Henkel has sites around the world, few have the complexity of material and processes seen at Salisbury. The production department works closely with supply chain, engineering, quality, and maintenance, to ensure demand is met.
Chemical Operators produce material that supplies many customers and Henkel affiliates, around the world. The primary focus of a chemical operator is to perform batch processing with a focus on safety, quality, production, and cost. All operators contribute to key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, off-spec, scrap, and volume.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
