Vets RISE - Internship
Vets RISE: Project Coordinator
Headlamp’s Vets RISE (Veterans Reskilled in Innovative Solutions for Employment) Project Coordinator Fellowship is a structured, competency-based SkillBridge training program designed to prepare transitioning service members for immediate post-service employment in project coordination and program support roles. The program emphasizes measurable skill development, supervised experiential learning, and a high probability of qualifying employment upon successful completion.Through Vets RISE, Headlamp and UMLARC provide a stronger support system for the SkillBridge participant. Together, they offer career coaching, address individual transition needs, and actively leverage their employer networks to support direct employment pathways following program completion. Through this networking, Fellowships may include planned onsite training with a partner employer aligned to anticipated post-SkillBridge hiring. In all cases, the intended employment pathway—whether direct hire with a partner employer or broader career placement support—will be clearly defined and agreed upon prior to participation.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
