IT Project Management Fellow
In this role, you will build the core competencies needed to launch a civilian career in IT Project Management through a 14-week virtual fellowship. You will develop a foundation in project management principles, Agile and Scrum methodologies, risk management, stakeholder communication, and software development concepts, then apply them through capstone projects and hands-on exercises. You will gain practical experience with industry-leading tools and platforms, while preparing for certifications such as the CAPM and Atlassian Agile Project Management Professional Certificate. Supported by weekly coaching, guest speakers, networking opportunities, and an active job search, you will finish ready to transition confidently into civilian roles such as Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst.
