Headlamp provides service members with internships (Headlamp SkillBridge Fellowships) at high-growth tech and dual-use businesses, and at boutique consulting, venture capital, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Online Fellowships consist of at least 50% live, synchronous training with supervisors and assigned mentors.
