NOC Technician
This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving network and security incidents involving Cisco, Extreme, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Aruba technologies. Responsibilities include handling customer Move/Add/Change/Delete (MACD) requests, triaging issues across multiple technology stacks, and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients, while using monitoring tools like OpsRamp to proactively identify issues and trends. The goal is to deliver timely, effective issue resolution that meets business requirements and Service Level Agreements, while ensuring proper problem management to prevent recurring incidents.This SkillBridge will include at least 50% live-synchronous remote training.
