Network Onboarding Analyst

Looking for an Onboarding Network Analyst to join our team! As an Onboarding Analyst, your primary responsibility is facilitating our customer’s technical transition to the company's award-winning support services smoothly and without interruption. This role will primarily focus on servicing existing customers by working on service cases to add and remove devices to/from the company's monitoring system, as well as ensuring the monitoring system is able to effectively and successfully monitor the customer's managed equipment. Some project support may be required to onboard new customer accounts, as well. This will include CCNA level route switch configuration and troubleshooting. Working with internal and external IT resources, you will be responsible to ensure the client’s continued satisfaction on their way to receiving the company's suite of award-winning services.
