This program will prepare licensed RNs to provide direct patient care in the critical care transport environment.
Critical care transport (SCTU) RNs provide care for patients requiring interfacility transfer (between acute care hospitals) at the advanced life support level.

Must have a NJ Registered Professional Nurse License, AHA Basic Life Support, AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support, AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Trauma Certification (Trauma Nurse Core Course or Advanced Trauma Life Support). Must have 1 full-time year of Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit experience.
