GrayLineX is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Tampa, Florida, delivering mission-focused solutions across four core domains:• Drone Technology (UAS/CUAS)• Negotiation Training• Intelligence Operations• Digital ServicesThe Business Development Representative I (BDR I) SkillBridge internship is a 25-week, full-time program designed to prepare transitioning service members for entry-level roles in public-sector business development. Interns will gain hands-on experience with government sales cycles, federal procurement tools, and CRM-based outreach, while actively contributing to live business development operations.

Roles & job description

This internship equips service members with the skills and tools required to succeed in a federal business development environment. Interns will:• Identify federal, state, and local contracting opportunities• Conduct outreach to procurement officials and agency stakeholders• Promote drone and training solutions aligned with agency missions• Build and manage pipelines using a CRM (e.g., Monday.com or HubSpot)• Support teaming strategies and assist in proposal development• Participate in capture planning, KPI tracking, and live BD sessions

Eligibility notes
