SkillBridge AMT - Med-Trans

Roles & job description

Our A&P Base Mechanics - Rotor Wing supports the daily maintenance of the Bell 407 series aircraft at their base. They also perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications to airframes, rotors, and appliances. Our Maintenance team maintains our helicopters to the highest standards possible.

Eligibility notes

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) CertificateKnowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations3 years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience with a minimum of six months helicopter maintenace exoerience during the last 24 monthsAircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planningManufacturer training or equivalent on Bell 407 preferredBell 407 Maintenance experience preferredRelated experience under CFR Parts 91, 135 and 145 preferredHAA knowledge preferredAvionics troubleshooting and electrical repair experience preferredAdditional FAA/FCC ratings preferredInspection Authorization Certification preferredIFR helicopter avionics and auto-pilot experience preferredPrior civilian HEMS experience preferred
