Participants will receive hands-on training assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial projects. This program provides practical experience in project scheduling, team coordination, budgeting, and jobsite operations while working alongside experienced construction professionals. Successful participants may be considered for full-time employment upon completion of the program.
