Surviving our tough and exciting internship program is like running a marathon through a swamp, but at the end, you'll emerge as a lean, mean, and savvy professional machine, ready to conquer the business world with your newly honed skills and grit. During your marketing and sales internship program, you will be exposed to a variety of exciting projects and challenging tasks that will help you develop your skills in both areas. You will learn how to conduct market research, analyze data, create marketing materials, and execute sales strategies. Working closely with a team of professionals who are supportive and always willing to teach new things. This program is fast-paced and requires you to think on your feet, you will enjoy the challenges and learn a lot about the industry. By the end of the program, you will feel confident in your abilities and grateful for the experience. It is a valuable stepping stone towards any career. This program is open to active duty, reserve/guard, veterans, and military spouses. Active duty service members are eligible to participate in this program within the last 180 days (6 months) before their last day of military service.

Must have reliable transportation for local travel Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms Highly self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic. Assist with optimization and creation of engaging content for various channels/platforms. Proficiency with Google suite. Other duties and projects as assigned Flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment. Skills: Exceptionally organized with excellent time management skills Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms. Outstanding ability to multitask and take initiative. Confident demeanor and high comfort level interacting with all personality types. Insatiable desire to learn and ability to adapt to changing routines. Strong interpersonal skills Proactive, solution-driven, and team-oriented work ethic. Ability to work diligently independently but can also collaborate well with a team. Hardworking and dedicated outlook with a positive can do attitude. Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally. Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Must have a passion for marketing. Internship Training Program Details: The Formosi SkillBridge Marketing Internship Training Program is an up to 180-day internship program that has been approved by the U.S Department of Defense for all branches of military service. This program is designed to prepare participants for a seamless transition out of the military and into the marketing industry. This program is open to active duty, reserve/guard, veterans, and military spouses. Active duty service members are eligible to participate in this program within the last 180 days (6 months) before their last day of military service. Formosi is committed to helping interns in this program further their careers by immersing them within our operations and providing the opportunity to learn invaluable career lessons.
