Travel is based on business needs and is not guaranteed.Work EnvironmentThis is an in-person internship at our Springfield, Missouri headquarters. Interns work alongside our full-time team in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.Dress CodeBusiness casual is typical. Professional attire may be required for client meetings, networking events, or conferences.Physical RequirementsPrimarily office-based work requiring prolonged sitting, computer use, occasional lifting of event materials (up to 30 pounds), and occasional local travel.TechnologyCompany equipment may be provided as needed. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business software is helpful but not required.Performance ExpectationsInterns are expected to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Regular feedback and mentorship will be provided throughout the program.CultureWe value ownership over excuses, continuous learning, servant leadership, professionalism, and a bias toward action. We are a small team where everyone contributes across multiple areas of the business.Future EmploymentExceptional interns may be considered for future employment opportunities based on performance, business needs, and mutual interest.
