Ministry Program Coordinator (60-Day)
Flourishing Grace Church offers an 8-week (60-day) full-time internship in ministry and nonprofit program coordination. Participants gain hands-on experience in church administration, volunteer management, event planning, communications, program development, budget stewardship, community outreach, and ministry leadership in a faith-based nonprofit setting. This program is designed to equip transitioning service members with transferable skills applicable to church, nonprofit, and community-based organizations. Adherence to Flourishing Grace Church's Statement of Faith is required for participation.
The Ministry Program Coordinator role involves coordinating volunteers, planning and executing ministry events, providing administrative support, managing communications, overseeing budget stewardship, and leading ministry initiatives. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Bountiful, Utah. Adherence to Flourishing Grace Church's Statement of Faith is required for participation.
Participants must affirm and adhere to Flourishing Grace Church's Statement of Faith as a condition of acceptance into this program. Travel to local community and outreach sites may be required as part of training activities.
This 60-day internship prepares transitioning service members for ministry coordination and nonprofit administration roles. Participants gain 320 hours of supervised, hands-on training across 8 structured modules covering all core ministry operations competencies.
