Financial Literacy & Wealth Building Program
This SkillBridge program provides transitioning service members with structured, hands-on training in financial services operations, product coordination, and financial education support. Participants gain exposure to client lifecycle processes, CRM systems, marketing coordination, and financial analysis. The program combines classroom instruction, job shadowing, and supervised practical experience to prepare participants for roles in financial services, operations, and business development environments.
Participants will train in a hybrid role supporting financial services operations, including product coordination, client data management, and marketing support. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, assisting with case preparation, supporting financial education initiatives, coordinating events and workshops, and analyzing basic financial scenarios. Participants will observe and assist in client meetings and gain experience in professional communication, workflow management, and operational execution within a regulated environment.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.

This program is a non-licensing training opportunity focused on education and operational experience. Participants will not be required to sell financial products. All activities are supervised and structured to provide professional development and industry exposure.
