Cyber Sentinel
The Cyber Sentinel Program is a 15-week, 120-hour workforce development sequence designed to prepare students for entry-level roles in cybersecurity, networking, and security operations. Students progress through four structured 30-hour modules: Networking Essentials, CompTIA Security+, Network Defense, and Work-Based Learning. Instruction includes lecture, hands-on labs, simulations, certification preparation, and real-world SOC workflows.
Participants will configure, secure, and troubleshoot networks; identify, analyze and mitigate cybersecurity threats; apply defensive strategies and controls across systems and networks; analyze logs, alerts, and incidents in a SOC environment; and demonstrate readiness for Network+, Security+, and entry-level cybersecurity roles
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
