The Golf Instructor is responsible for providing high-quality golf instruction to players of all ages and skill levels. This role focuses on improving players’ technique, understanding of the game, and overall enjoyment while promoting the facility’s instructional programs and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver individual and group golf lessons for beginners through advanced playersAssess players’ skill levels and develop customized lesson plansTeach fundamentals including grip, stance, swing mechanics, short game, and course managementConduct junior golf programs, clinics, camps, and workshopsProvide on-course instruction and playing lessons as neededPromote lesson packages, programs, and club eventsMaintain a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environmentStay current with teaching techniques, equipment, and golf rulesRepresent the club professionally at all times
Instructors are expected to support the overall golf operation, including clinics, events, and player development initiatives.
