The Job – Associate/AnalystAn applicant will be expected to perform a variety of daily tasks which can include but are not limited to:• Creating marketing materials for email campaigns, newsletters, and mailers• Underwriting and financial analysis of investment properties• Create client deliverables such as property valuations and marketing packages• Drafting various real estate contracts and listings agreements, personal letters, and other forms• Catalogue and track comparable property sales, active listings, and historical sales data2718 W. Roscoe St., Ste 100A, Chicago, IL 60618 773.305.4900 www.essexrealtygroup.com• Managing collection and assembly of due diligence materials for real estate transactions• Maintaining our extensive client/property database• Conducting market research for apartment rent and sale comparables• Attending building inspections/walkthroughs Qualities for SuccessThe ideal applicant will have a natural passion for real estate as well as the desire to expand one’s knowledge in the industry. Additionally, this person will be task and process oriented, possess strong internet research skills, exhibit an analytical approach to problems, and have the capacity to manage the needs of three full-time brokers.
