Project Manager
Our growing company is looking for a project management intern. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Shadow the Project Manager to learn daily duties, Complete assigned training classes, Assist the Project Manager with tasks at the proportional level of training, Assist with administration and improvement of the management tools, Assist with Safety oversight and documentation, Assist with Quality Control (QC) oversight and documentation, Organize QC testing and document results, Assist with schedule management and resource allocation, Assist with budgetary management, Assist in organizing and leading partner or stakeholder meetings, Coordinate meetings with team members, Evaluate project performance metrics by analyzing data on timelines, project delays, lessons learned reviews, Develop and Manage team schedules and tasks, Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalations, Assist with closeout documentation, and Other duties as assigned.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
