The Federal Proposal Coordinator supports the end-to-end federal proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliant, timely, and high-quality submissions. This role operates at the intersection of capture, technical solutioning, pricing, and proposal operations, with a strong emphasis on organization, compliance (FAR/RFP), and cross-functional coordination.
## Core Responsibilities- Support the proposal development lifecycle from pre-RFP through submission under guidance of Proposal Managers and Capture Leads.- Coordinate proposal schedules, calendars, and deliverables (e.g., compliance matrix, outlines, review cycles).- Assist in preparing and organizing proposal documentation, including volumes, resumes, past performance, and supporting artifacts.- Maintain proposal repositories, version control, and file structures across platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, proposal tools).- Facilitate communication across technical, pricing, contracts, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and deadlines are met.- Track action items, color team feedback (Pink, Red, Gold), and ensure incorporation into final deliverables.- Support development of compliance matrices, outlines, and annotated RFP reviews.- Assist with formatting, editing, and production of final proposal submissions.- Maintain proposal artifacts library (past performance, resumes, templates, boilerplate content).- Support data entry and pipeline updates within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) as needed.- Assist with special projects, capture support activities, and continuous process improvements.
