We are looking for a applicant interested in learning about working in a bakery/ pastry shop. This includes productions, food sanitation, front of house work, ordering, and inventory management.
Roles & job description
Duties will include: 4 week training across all areas of the bake shop.Laminated dough and limited bread production.Various cookie production, and Swiss regional cookies.Various seasonal desserts, tarts, cakes, pastries.Chocolate and bonbon production, cocoa butter tempering, mold decorating.Front of house duties, customer service.

We are located in downtown Biddeford, ME. A rapidly growing city will a emerging food scene.
