Troubleshoot programming issues and make adjustments to help ensure we are producing high-quality parts. Dixon is looking for a 1st shift CNC Operator Trainee to join our team in Chestertown, MD! This person will learn to set up and operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components and inspect products to drawing specifications. Learn to recognize machining issues and make adjustments as needed. Hours are from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Roles & job description

Learn how to set up and run CNC machines through participation in a training program. No previous CNC operator or machine operator experience is required. Dixon will train you! You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced CNC operators, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in precision machining.
